Great video Alex good to see such a collection of lovely P4's and a lot of old trains almost a bit like Fred Dibnah R.I.P. going back to the past , were looking forward to the Classic car show in November such a great event to see all the old vehicles , keep up the good work showing us some great events you go to.

Hi 👋 I live in New Zealand and when i was in my final year at high school my school mate got his driving license and his parents bought him an old Rover car like the ones in this video. We would get about in it. It was built like a tank.

Hello Alex. Alex quote " I am not going to go mad" which is a sure fire guarantee Alex is definitely going to go mad. Looks a great event The avocado V8 P6 is magnificent, I love it. I have had 2 x 75's as company cars and I really loved them. The sofa chat is priceless.

You mentioned about TRAIN CARRIAGES having " all the weight on one side" It reminds me of my block of flats! There's a corridor, and the flats are on ONE SIDE of that!

My grandfather had a P4 when I was a kid it was two tone green one I always remember the smell of leather and polished wood

All the P4s have beautiful details of course, but I never saw the Cyclopses from all round before. I love the rear low lights ( and also on the regular front P4s) . I loved the RED interior on the Cyclops, and its unpleated seats! I also loved the bench seat, and the column change! The floor change ones fill me with scary memories, when it was sometimes my TURN to sit in the front of my schoolmates dad's xar. That was like Jessie - black with red inside, and floor change. His Dad thought he was teaching us something. Yeah, right - how to scrape the gears, and feel guilty!

I wish I'd known that show was on, it's not far from where I live. Been to Quainton several times and my Godmother.s stepson owns one of the small engines there. The three older guys were real characters and made this into a brilliant video, as well as seeing all the lovely Rovers on display. Nice one Alex.

Hello Alex - I stumbled across your video by chance and really enjoyed it. I have subscribed and will hopefully enjoy your others. Love your accent! You are so smiley too!! Smelling old cars ... my kind of girl! I don't have a Rover but do have a Morris Traveller called Milly and a Jaguar 240 that needs work (she is Mable) so I do get it! I did have an Audi TT until last month when an idiot demolished the front of it so sadly Heidi has been written off.

Yes definitely! I've thought about how you could make the smell into a candle as i have made some of my own candles before 😄 . But how do you get the smell ...... 🤔

@Alexsassets I think we need a mix of old leather, horse hair, wood shavings, old carpet and WD 40. Put that in smoothy maker and we got it..
