I think somewhere around the @38:00 mark, you took 1 less damage and traded your rare card for a rat token. You could have not blocked any and dropped your Apprentice Folly to clone the battle mouse next turn. by doing that youd be reducing the cost of your second spell by 2 once you trigger celebration for the duration of Folly (2 turns minimum) which could have been done by dropping the faeri plus casting cut in (off the role token) or by cloning an edgewall pack. it also would have given you an extra +2 +2 for an attack. and if they had blocked with the 4/5 deathtouch that would be a good cut in target etc... More options if you hadnt solely focused on 1 point of damage. 98% of the time you make the right call but that one killed me! lol Either way the sealed packs were pretty weak however you called out a couple misplays and that was one I felt wasnt in your favor - sad to see it didnt do the best. This was the tilted point. He saw the infinite value of the dreadknight and had kind of mentally conceded the game already.

interesting to see a U/R deck this time, don't think i've seen much of the archetype in action. i wonder if Soul Guide Lantern would have been a good side board for that second match; there was a brutal amount of recursion there.

Yeah, at the time I was playing under the assumption that the clone was going to die to chapter three of the saga anyway, but even in that position, might as well keep it around for one more turn, just got to excited to throw away the expendable creature.

I tried my first one of these yesterday. Opened the packs and thought, this is crap. And i was correct. I had to try and push 3 colours just to get a deck together and came up against what i can only guess was a basically black deck with a splash of red😢. Lost the game of course
