I counted 28 damaged cards with marks or streaks. I only went through 50 cards and stopped counting... This is a major problem. Wizards should refund the entire box or send a new one free of charge.

Heraklinos, you know the collectors and the ones seeking to control the market will never miss a set. So if we stopped buying, we would miss sets, while wotc keeps pumping them out regardless. But now if you want to buy singles, they would be much too expensive.

I wish I could keep up with all the sets unfortunatly they're just released to close to eachother now. My wallet cant keep up. I had no problems with this set, apart from the fact that I pulled two Discontinuities in the same box. Got a full-art Liliana and Massacre wurm. This wasn't even in a collector box, so that was pretty cool.

Theros had these issues. Ikoria did not. I only opened 1 or 2 of the Throne but did not remember there being an issue with that one.

Only damaged one I noticed from a case was a Chromatic Orrery. It's like it was pressed by something with an edge on the bottom left. I had a good number of misprint/miscut rares and mythics too. Including a normal print foil Ugin and a Chandra. The front print was off and looked like it was cut off at the top, but the back was centered.

i love tokens so much i made wizards replace my surface damaged ikoria collectors box tokens. they all had a line down the middle like that cat token. they will replace them but who knows when ill get them.

Its so interesting that you are so happy to pull the top rares, but in fact we are at the first day on a edition that endure a complete year on the market und the cardprices will fall more and more. Most of the card that are above 35 dolllar and more, will drop under 20 bucks. You have to be damn fast and hope some buyers cant wait and buy the cards to early. Im sure in 6 months you arent able to get your 250 dollars back. Thats pretty sad.

Aside from the damaged cards, I have to say, I'm worried about the money in these boxes...or lack thereof. Unless you get a foil Teferi, I feel like its a guaranteed loss. Even with the foil Teferi, I think its still a loss.
