Chicken Marinate:
5-6 Chicken Drums
1/2 Tbs Salt
1/3 Cup Hot Sauce
1 Tbs Hot Chili Powder ( I used chipotle chili powder)
Wet Batter
3 Eggs
1 Can Club Soda (I had 2 - 7.5oz cans that I had to equal out to 12oz)
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbs Seasoned Salt
Seasoning Flour
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Tbs Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbs Hot Chili Powder (I used cayenne pepper)
1/2 Tbls Onion Powder
1 Tsp White Pepper
1 Tbs Paprika
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Basil
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tbs Garlic Powder

Love It! Miriam and Quang are my absolute two fave cooking channels and I have made more of their recipes than any other. I hope Quang is just as much of a fan of Miriam!! Would love to see you two in the kitchen together. Miriam, if you haven't made his Vietnamese Spring Rolls give them a try . . . and the recipes accommodates deviation. I typically make 4 dozen, fry them all, freeze them, and share with my friends and my own belly of course!!
