Love you, Mama Tran! Those dishes she makes are so involved! So much prep!!! She is definitely NOT lazy!!! She looked really pretty in her sweater. I understand that some people might not like that texture, but it seems similar to the texture of Korean spicy rice cake, so I'm sure that I would love it. Of course she puts her love into every dish she makes.....that's why they taste so wonderful.
