Love your Mom...she is a treasure...thank you for sharing her with us. I hope she feels more comfortable with the camera as it is wonderful to watch her as she cooks her recipes. She certainly is NOT lazy...that recipe was pretty involved for a morning meal. I can see where you get your love of cooking. Are you the only child in the family who has inherited her cooking talent? And I have to agree with you completely that the dishwasher is the hardest working person in the kitchen who often gets the least amount of recognition and appreciation.
