*Sambal Sauce:
1 Cup - Dry Chili
1/2 Cup - Dry Shrimp
2 Tbsp Garlic
1 Cup - Red Onion
1/2 Cup - Shallot
2 Tbsp Ground Ginger
2 Pieces Galangal
*Marinate: (3 Hours)
3 Pieces Chicken Thighs
Sambal Sauce
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Dry Cumin
1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
2 Tbsp Oil
After 3 Hours Add 3 eggs
*Sambal Anchovies
1/3 Cup - oil
1/2 Cup - Red Onion
1 Tbsp Garlic
2 Tbsp Red Shallots
1 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp SamBal
1/2 Cup - Tamarind
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Cup - Fried Anchovies
