Hi.. Quang nice to see u again.. Recipe of Chicken dana( Indian fried Chicken ) Chicken 500 gms (Medium size pieces) Yoghurt 50 gms Tandoori masala 2 tbsp Salt as per taste Red chilly powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Lemon 1 no Oil for Deep Fry Take a bowl and mix the chicken pieces well with the yoghurt and spices. Marinate it for 4 hours. Boil the oil and start frying the chicken pieces in it. Deep fry it for 10 to 12 minutes at a low flame. One the colour of the chicken is dark reddish and little brown, remove the chicken from the pan. Sprinkle the lemon juice and garam masala over it. Enjoy it with Pepsi or Coke. You can have chicken dana with tomato sauce or green chilly sauce along with thinly sliced onions.

You might want to try having your falafel with a bit of tahini sauce -- a blending of sesame seed paste, crushed garlic, fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and a little water for thinning the sauce. Another tasty sauce to try with Middle Eastern / Mediterranean foods is Lebanese "toum," a garlic whip similar to aioli or garlic mayonnaise, but minus the eggs. You have to really love the taste of potent fresh garlic, though! Just a little toum goes a long way!

It is actually a turkish drink n' goes way back. It is a accurate mixture of salt/turkish yogurt and water. If you are brave you put some dill tips and a little bit parsley in it. I recommend to melt butter and mix it up. It is quite refreshing and tastes like heaven and is a must have on every barbecue.

I have tried KFC and it was legit REALLY salty. I also tried Five guys, It was legit the best hamburger I have ever eaten so far. But back to KFC I got a little bit disappointed. Anyway I hope you have been doing good I was away but I watched all the vids and liked them all those I missed during my visit to London.

Honestly... McDonald's has some decent sundaes. Especially the melted caramel sundae. The crushed peanuts are a bonus too, because they enhance the sundae with a balanced texture as opposed to whole peanuts.

Coming from a Lebanese, you can never mix hommos and garlic in the same sandwich/shawarma! Hommos is usually used in Kafta/Meat sandwiches. And Toum (garlic sauce) is used with Chicken sandwiches/shawarmas. Great content!

chicken shawarma is not like grilled chicken ( whole peace) its a wrap that contains : toasted pita bread, shredded shawarma marinated chicken from the big bamboo, garlic sauce , pickles fries (in the wrap)
