Happy Thanksgiving Canada! I apologize for no show last night. Things were a little hectic but was well worth it in the end. This day I got to share my love for food, with awesome old time friends of mine. I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I enjoyed myself this day. Yea, we have Wow Chicken, Yumyum chicken, Ogam chicken, Olive chicken, etc in Calgary. Yumyum is by far my fav for Korean friend chicken. Should come down and try it!

Happy Thanksgiving Holiday Season! Nice Holiday Spread QT! I love pouring my Turkey juices into my gravy and I also cook up the Turkey Neck, Giblets and Heart into the Gravy because all that kicks of the flavor out of this world. I would have dumped some organic cream and sour-cream into the mash for a richer flavor and silky texture. I love baking my meat until it is spoon tender and falling off the bone on it's own. However, I salute you QT! Maybe one day I can jump into the kitchen with you and cook with you side by side and see what we come up with together. Maybe one day? Lots of Hugs! Lots of Love!
