Egusi (melon seed, looks like pumpkin seed in shape, but white in color) soup with fluted pumpkin leaves is the fufu sauce. Sometimes, we use spinach or bitter leaves in our Egusi soup. Moi moi can be made from black eye and honey brown beans, lentils etc am lazy so I use split red lentils. Moi moi is a steamed pudding. Ginger&nutmeg is a must in moi moi spicing. We use a lot of dry fish and stock fish in our soup. Probably the odd tasting apparel to the soup. The Tilapia can be eaten with plantain, rice, chips etc. the fish is grilled. It is a finger food.

OMG the nostalgia it’s been a minute since I had Nigerian 🇳🇬 food. The moimoi is made out of grinded beans you can either steam or bake it. And the fufu soup(elusive) is made out of melon seeds so delicious 😋

Do a mukbang of Brazil's most famous dish: Feijoada. It consists of a stew with black beans, pork and beef. It's also served with rice, collar greens, cassava powder, and a sauce made with small cutted pieces of tomato, onion, peppers and vinager.
