Hey Quang. You need to take your wife to Saigon Paradise on 97st! Its the best authentic Vietnamese spot in Edmonton! You must try the spring rolls, salad rolls, bun bu hue, sliced beef pho, vermicelli, rice and pork. They also have some bomb authentic Thai food!!

Quang does this for a living so he works out to maintain his health. We see them eating meals like this once a day or so while other folks may eat this type of meal three to four times a day. It’s hard work and moderation. There is no fast metabolism happening. They don’t eat all the food in one sitting until their bellies hurt and don’t eat it every meal. Since Quang is probably driving more and walking less now that he’s back in Canada, it’s gonna take more discipline to keep the weight off.
