My hubs and I use beer in battered fish mixes, but I had never heard of using club soda for that crispy crunch until QT!! It works and gives such a beautiful crunch. Changed my chicken game for life : ) It sucks when you come with a fresh new idea and people run off with it and claim it or just blatantly don't give credit. The worst is when they say "There aren't any original ideas anymore" 🙄 No. 1 excuse to plagiarize and rates up there with "my grand papa/mama used it". Next original idea Q, patent it!!!
