you should try to inject different hot sauces in your chicken and see which is the best. also try to do butter (guga did this with his steak and it was amazing!)

I’ve seen most of the fried chicken recipes on KZbin at this point, and Quang’s is the best by far. His older videos are where I learned how to fry chicken and have been a hit everywhere I go ever since. Man is the fried chicken king. I’m waiting for Tran’s Chicken n Chips in the future!
