I just got one of these delivered today and mine didn't have the Box control I guess it really doesn't matter that much

That must have been an older chair before they started doing the 12" seat lifts.

@@Marcsmobility it's a four fount 2 less than a year old brand new was built to order as has extra large wheels and suspension upgrades etc with full power legs etc also have a camera for reversing.

Interesting. You may want to contact the dealer you went through to pull up your order and see what the order was for and ask them about it only going up 10" instead of the 12" its supposed to.

You may want to contact your dealer that you went through to purchase the unit and see if they had something different on the order form when sent over to Quantum.
