Thank you Brian, I do enjoy listening to your voice. I wish I could meditate, but all I manage is to take a nap. I have tried different methods and nothing seems to help me get into that meditative state. Maybe I should simply accept it is just not for me, between aphantasia and seemingly unable to truly relax my body without falling asleep, It's been years of trying and failing, I think I should give up as I can't seem to see or hear or meditate. That being said, Life is good and maybe that is good enough. Accepting that as my truth seems better than allowing the process to leave me in a total state of disappointment. Maybe you should not accept that you don’t need to visualize to medicate you don’t need to say anything to medicate. You can still use your ears. You can still sense with your nose. Do you have other senses that are involved? Don’t worry about just that one sense I don’t give up.

I urge you not to give up yet. I too have difficulty visualizing. I have found that in my quest for peace and calm, i am having to find that peace and calm in the midst of chaos and all out war for my preservation in my own home. I have been learning to reach at least some level of meditative state while drowning out abuse. It’s not easy, but i’m determined to master it. Once i’m feeling my memory and i can then move forward onto the next steps. If i cannot focus i remember my happiest moments and feel them again. I go back to a memory to help me kickstart the visualization intended.

I keep sleeping off to portions of this one. Tried it again today and experienced the same sense of muscles folding in but for some reason instead of shaking my head awake decided to feel for an “anchor” in my heart and that tugged me back to awareness. Learnt and retained more this time. Thought I’d share this if it’s useful to others. Also want to confirm if i should repeat and persist till no sleep “seals” are activated and whether I should be noting down when these sleepy spells are activated and research them further or just stick with the process without getting too analytical ? Interesting than you say teachings are more powerful than activations when to me Quantum Activations are actually more powerful, teachings are just for the mind, a Quantum activation is for the structure of your reality.
