The statement at 1:20 that "classical mechanics is a mechanics of large number of particles" whereas "quantum mechanics is the mechanics that describes a small number of particles" is ABSOLUTELY wrong and he has a counterexample in his hands: the laser pointer. His ~5 mW laser pointer emits approximately 10^16 photons every second! And yes, the laser beam is a quantum system formed by light quanta called photons.
