Yes I have second hand it comes on it was sitting in the garage it did charge but I used it once the screen comes on but it will not charge the screen what could be wrong

Best bet would be to reach out to a Quantum dealer in your area and have them take a look at it. There could be multiple things that could be causing this issue.

This is not a folding unit. The seat back will recline.

How do you get it out of indoor mode

On the joystick, you should be able to toggle between the different modes to adjust your chairs options. In the menu is speed and you should be able to adjust between the indoor and outdoor mode there. Hope this helps.
