As we move forward in these era, I am beginning to see that once these noisy Quantum hardwares are proven to provide more "accurate" results, the future is here as faulty ones will eventually be built with the noisy ones. As technology advances, only a Quantum hardware which is today noisy can pave the way to building the fault tolerant ones. What is left to be answered is if at that time "Quantum Computers won't be the main manufacturer of better Quantum hardwares." 😊

How do you ensure the slope of the additional noise is consistent to ensure the reverse extrapolation is correct? How many increased noise samples were used?
@cafebrasileiro

by the paper it seems like 3 samples were used. One with usual noise, one 1.2x and another 1.6x. The paper is availabe at nature.

If they go noisier and are able to get enough points in the forward direction. I'm sure extrapolating is exact in the reverse.

Would I be correct in thinking super computing combined with quantum computing will maximize utility by perfecting multivariate problems down to the quantum level

Why don't you compare the result from CHinese quantum computer. Ther quantum computer is producing exact results. If you do that, it will speed up your research.

You are tryng to get the result from defective computer. Tha' is useless until you produce the perfect hardware.

Most people have no idea probably within one years there will be a qauntum AI computer that will be one of two things. Be capable of computing how to time travel or be sentient

That's waaay too generous. Within 10 years I think we will see something like a machine intelligence that can design/plan, implement, and pivot into decisions that aren't part of pre-set nor pre-trained data sets and decision trees. How "human like" and "generally intelligent" it will be is another matter entirely. And I think we will see a stable Quantum computer that has sufficient error correction to make qbit computing more usable than it is currently. Probably expensive as fuck to run, but usable enough to possibly run an "expert systems" that may include aforementioned machine intelligences. Which means, in 10 years all of our current encryption and crypto tech is at great risk of being almost useless. And if we don't agree (globally) on Ai and Mi alignment issues we could have sets of issues and concerns we can't' imagine right now.

They will never be useful because quantum superposition does not actually exist. All you are doing is creating analogue random number generators
@estring123
@estring123 Жыл бұрын
superposition has been proven to be real, leggette inequalities experiment did that. or just bell inequalities which is very well tested, unless you reject locality which means you accept time travel. you're just another hardcore super determinism hidden variable id10t who can't let go of the newtonian billiard ball view. and dont give me that many world nonsense bull s to cope with bell inequalities.
