I've seen some videos suggesting that quantum superposition isn't a combination of the states but rather a phenomenon where none of the states are acquired. Is that true? Please explain

Whhhhoooaaaa. Did you just preach string theory to a whole internet of peoples? Not cool bruh. What should have been mentioned is measurement and observation. WITHOUT knowing how or why (a couple of old school physicists spent their careers arguing over the importance of this) we can assume a particular particle is in all possible positions until observed and/or measured.
