It's not that electron can be at two different places simultaneously, an electron has a wave nature so unlike a particle electron can be everywhere in its orbital of a specific energy level. And according to Pauli's exclusion principle an orbital can have only two electrons. Hydrogen is electrically neutral, which means there should be only one electron in it.
