I got the error from the vedio 16:54 he used the + sign in place of - sign And in 22:58 he reversed the equation By correcting these two we will get as you said

dude, u made a mistake. when u did calculate LxLy the sign of xy d2/dz2 is negative and at the final term [Lx, Ly]= ihLz not (-ihLz).

it's a common rule , for y component only , just put a - sign or simply exchange its components while multiplication of 2 vector quantities.
