I never thought of making it at home! Nice end result! But you need to work with bigger knives, bigger cutting board and a bigger pot to fry. Tips for next time: you can also season your breadcrumbs, and you can double coat your cheese. looks yummy !
@mtlfoodsnob4 жыл бұрын
OHHHHH! Seasoning the breadcrumbs is genius. Thanks for suggesting! And yes, will need to double coat the cheese. In such case, should I fry twice the cheese? E.g. to make sure every single bit of breadcrumb is crisp?
@evp30444 жыл бұрын
No you don’t need to fry it twice, just double the coating. So flour, egg, breadcrumbs, back in the egg, breadcrumbs and then fry just once 😋

@@evp3044 I see ! Thanks for the thorough instructions and useful tips 👍 I'm excited to test this double coating technique. Hope you'll eat something yummy today !

Hello Rei! Thank you for stopping by and for the kind message 🤗 Katsu Curry sounds delicious. What's the best curry brand to use in your opinion?
@ダライマラ-x3o4 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much An! The Curry roux to like me is “S&B Gorlden curry ”. But the busy person uses retort curry. ”Boncurry” is very popular in Japan. l cannot speak English but ,l watch your video and always enjoy it laughingly. (corn head) Thank you for ask me about curry. Rei
