It’s Behr Premium exterior paint from Home Depot. I can’t be sure of color. But I think it’s Very Navy.

Well, it was rusted through the bolts, the tire was shot, and much of the lumber bracing was rotted, so at any given moment it could collapse, or just fall off the frame (since the bolts/bucket were completely rusted through). But I get it. People like rust.

@@chrisplumb2874 Great job. Love your sense of humor, and tin is in and rust is a must. Now I'm going to check my wheelbarrow for any needed facelift. When I paint it though, I will wear my MASK......

Yes, mine was thirty years old when I restored it. The tire had failed years ago and I replaced it with an inadequate Harbor Freight tire (too small). The wood on the handle was rotting out, and the threads on the bolts were rusted off so the bolts had to be replaced. Yes, you could just throw it out and buy new. That's what most people do. But if you disassemble, prime and paint your wheelbarrow after 5-10 years, it will be easy work to do and you can extend the life indefinitely. If I had been paying attention (which I was not) I would have done this while it was an easy task. But the choice is certainly yours, and there are mountains of discarded barrows that prove that most people choose your method and style.
