I think Lassen's may be raised differently. In more natural type "streams and ponds". However, it's mostly in the food, natural (krill/shrimp) or not, or maybe even helped with an additive of food coloring?. Maybe, like in farmed salmon pens: Do you want pink or redder flesh today?? Ha Ha.
