Sure you do. When those tires are cold they are no doubt rock hard. A bit of a burnout like that would certainly raise the grip level, maybe more than someone would realize.

Now if it was like this 600 dollar elec/brushless vs a 200 dollar nitro then it'd have a chance. THE thing is nitro/gas can be way faster using the less amount of money. Dont lie, it takes a damn pretty penny to get a good fast brushless system.

Need more weight and more power to make use of the mass. Anyone running a 3rd channel clutch control like a dirt bike? Or are they all automatic? Use an engine from a 60cc Cobra dirt bike perhaps?

After seeing the 1/4 scale V8's like the Connelly super charged Stinger 609, this stuff here is down right boring. But I can respect & appreciate it. They could be doing a lot worse things.

I know you commented a long time ago, but what people don't realize is that the Conley engines are very cool but aren't very good at putting down power. You've probably seen the 1/4 scale Grave Digger, and that was cool, but when running it wasn't very fast or powerful. In these cars it would look awesome and sound great but the times would suck. With these nitrous injected chainsaw motors they move 55 lbs of car over the 330ft track in just over four seconds at speeds of over 80 mph. That's something you couldn't get with a Conley.

True, But you cant look like a man running an rc that makes no sound. One thing that kills elec/brushless is they have no balls. If you a man and your into RC's you'll most likely be a nitro/Gas guy. Say your friend has his brushless 1/5 and you have your gas 1/5 and your running them at the local park; which is gonna be the attention getter? Which is manlier. Nitro/Gas. Exactly. Plus when cash comes into play nitro is faster. 200 dollar nitro vs 200 dollar elec which will win? Nitro.

Yeah but if we both started out with the same amount of money and you bought your lambo with all that money you spent buying the lambo, Im not a honda fan btw, Subaru all day here, I could take 30 grand of it and buy me an impreza then put the rest of my money in mods, It'd put that little overepriced pos to shame.

WHERE? LMAO. Face it. No way. You can get a Nitro RTR for 200 and a an elec RTR for 200 , which will be faster stock? Nitro. It takes WAY more money to get a elec fast than nitro. Sorry we all gotta face the truth sometime.

Real size drag races are kind of lame, but this must be the lamest thing I've ever seen. Anyway, an electric toy car off the shelf would beat this things.
