The lights from other nightcrawling citizens from the city were few and far between. The rain sang its usual symphony. Now was the perfect time for the sleaze of New York to wake up from its slumber. Dirty alleyways now were hosts of shady dealings and the streets became crime scenes for whoever stepped on the way of the Mafia and there I was, waiting for someone from the NYPD who hadn't been paid off or laid off to relay about more possible evidence for the case, but it seemed I was the only one left that hadn't been corrupted by the virus that runs throught the circulatory system of the once shining city. Looks like I'll have to take matters to my own hands.
