Nice movement. Sorry if I missed it, but I don’t see a mention of how you determined which movement spacer you use.Not the movement surround, but the large spacer.

I got them off of a donor watch. It was a cheap seamaster quartz style watch. Hands for quartz are not abundant like the nh mechanicals so that was the only way I can get something similar. It was similar to this. s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_mLlndSr

I can’t see why not. As long as you get the right size. It’s a sloped bezel.

Can the movement holder be used for 4 o clock cases? Does the dial feet fit into one the 3 holes on one side of the holder.

For 4oclock,I cut off all the dial feet and use dial stickers to hold it in place.

Will Miyota 2115 hands fit Vh31? I saw the aliexpress page but they were all referring to 2115.

does the movement fit properly on seiko 5 (espcially for snke04)?

As long as it can fit an NH35 or NH36 movement it should fit a VH31.

Yes, it’s for nh38 or 35 movement case.

There are very limited hand selection for quartz right now. The lume on this build is pretty bad but once there are better options I’ll probably swap them out.

It's not quite as smooth as a Grand Seiko Spring Drive.
