Hey cyberfrank. thanks for the kind words. I'm from Alberta and proposed to my wife in Montreal during the fireworks festival, I love Quebec and want every province to succeed. Most Albertans don't have a problem with the concept of equalization, it is a matter of fairness and how it is calculated (Quebec Hydro generates Billions and is not considered in equalization). Instead of general revenue it should at the very least be partially earmarked for economic development to prevent a perpetual system of economic transfers and no incentives to run positive budgets. We are all connected, its the politicians who seek to divide us for their own selfish gains. Western Alienation is definitely a failing of the government of Ottawa to listen to the legitimate complaints of Albertans, nothing personal to Quebec. Edit: I also thought the video was very funny

@@full_regalia8649 oh yeah, because I don't believe your bullshit I don't know history nor genetics. if that is the kind of ''arguments'' that you are going to advance then of course I will refute them all.I am not an absolutist, French blood is mainly Celtic and Germanic, some may have Arab encestry or Mediterranean encestry (Italian etc), but in these cases a genetic test will say that the person is (exemple) 80% French, 10 % Berber Arab and 10% Italian, in that case the person is still French by blood. But ''French'' is a genetic group of its own and Quebec had a very heavy colonial influence from Frenchmen in an era in which France was over 90% French.
