Queen Elizabeth parkrun | My HILLIEST, HARDEST and MUDDIEST parkrun yet!

Brian and I ran Queen Elizabeth parkrun (19 October 2024) whilst in Hampshire for the Great South Run the following day. This was their event number 535.
Queen Elizabeth parkrun is a 2-looped, very hilly(!), and somewhat muddy parkrun on mixed trail paths (some grass, dirt paths, stones, etc. but be careful of the slippery mud!). Elizabeth Country Park is gloriously beautiful and there are some stunning views across the countryside and the hills in the distance but there is a steep hill at the start of the parkrun, which you repeat on the second loop.
I was taking it easy at Queen Elizabeth parkrun, due to running the 10 mile race the next day (which got cancelled in the end) and I came in position 84 in a time of 35:51. Brian came in first position with a time of 19:47.

i have done 2 park runs that can get very muddy both in Greater Manchester been Stamford park and Clarence park and my hillest one is Watergrove

@@MichaelTinker-dt1rp I've not done either of those. I did Sale Water, which was lovely but not hilly or muddy - just lots of stones.

I won't be doing GSR next year, it's a long way to go and we may be in Chicago any way.
