Yes, "We Will Rock You" and "We Are the Champions" are two different songs, but they are often performed together because they were written to be played back to back. It was considered a double A-side so the royalties go together and radio stations often played then together.

Although in this context I'm pretty sure it's Fanny as a girl's name. ie. his nanny's name was Fanny, which is short for Frances. Not popular as a name anymore for pretty obvious reasons, but at the time Brian May and Freddie Mercury were young kids it would have been much more common.
