Brian wrote this for the villain in Highlander & Freddie wrote Princes of the Universe” for the good guy. Brian is the real rocker of Queen. 🔥

GIMME THE PRIZE is from the Highlander movie!! And the soundtrack is amazing: WHO WANTS TO LIVE FOREVER, PRINCES OF THE UNIVERSE, ONE YEAR OF LOVE, KIND OF MAGIC, & this song!! I like the video version cuz it shows clips from the movie Highlander!! Freddie said it made his throat bleed singing this song! Of course Brian the “rocker” wrote it!! RIP Freddie & Sean Connery (he was in the movie). 🎸🎸🎼

Hank I thought the same thing. Eddie Vanhalen sound. Brian has a lot of bangers. You should do The Brian May Band @ the Brixton Academy. Songs- Revelation” Headlong” Hammer to Fall” Driven by You”. You should react to some of these, Brian can really rock. 🔥

Sort of a foray back to their early days when they were doing heavier more experimental stuff. Have a feeling Brian enjoyed doing this one. Great one for Hank.

I bought the Highlander dvd solely for Queen's music. (how I love that the same actor who plays the Kurgan also voices Mr. Krabs). Sure, I also own an "It's A Kind Of Magic" cd - but, ..Highlander, ya know! Thanks for your reaction, Sassy & Hank.

Awesome reaction! I am glad you guys got to this song! Of Brian did some great solos on this song, I really like the bagpipe solo. Freddie sang himself into another dimension. This is an almost impossible song to sing. Another one you guys can check out is The Hitman kzbin.info/www/bejne/bYq2coeBr7-FhpI.

Love Queen and love seeing these reaction videos. Another band I would love to see your reaction videos to is Uriah Heep. Formed in 1969, they released their first album in 1970, "Very Evy, Very Umble" in England and "Uriah Heep" in the US. Their more popular albums are "Demons and Wizards" and "Magicians Birthday", both in 1972. They are still rocking and touring today, well COVID got in the way of last year and this years tours, and their most recent album was 2018, "Living The Dream". With over 50 years of music, 25 studio albums and just as many live albums and many compilation albums, a huge career and tons of music to react to. They are in the "Prog metal/rock" category. I highly recommend them. Queen and Uriah Heep are 1/2 for me.

The First Highlander was a Great Movie then they did Highlander 2 which change the History and Story of the First as it said they were alien and not immortal (it was not very popular) Highlander 3 Dismissed all events in 2 (the second movie does not exist) to follow on the story of the original, Highlander 4 Endgame Introduces Duncan McCloud the hero of the TV series

This is a great Song, very powerful. Freddie belts so much in this song I would say this is as raspy as he ever sung, Also amazing high notes by Freddie in this. 8:17 This is an amazing rare thing Brian did The intro Guitar solo by Brian includes tapping which he rarely uses and its always special when he does it so yea of course it would remind someone (me too) of Eddie because of the tapping, Eddie made the tapping technique popular. Would be very cool if both of you react to *_Metallica - Master Of Puppets [Seattle 1989] HD._* I know that Hank has knowledge about Metallica and its definitely a Band that should be on this channel, it's also not a band you should have fear of, like I know so much about Queen, then going into Metal it gives different feels but once you are in it you understand it. Definitely nothing bad and much talent included. Great Reaction.
@ZENOBlAmusic3 жыл бұрын
Eddie may have made the technique popular but Brian did tapping before him.
