@@pigeons2215 This video has Brian in maybe 5 shirts...1st and only time I've seen him in a cartoon shirt. They've all show multiple changes-Freddie perhaps only 2. I betcha he didn't do as many takes as they did. I love examining their emotions on this. Roger seems serious, eyes on Freddie; John is trying to be light and breezy and Brian depicts they're having fun. Freddie matches the serious lyrics. I'm thinking he also looks directly into the camera singing " and you can't stop rocking' '- giving us another direct message about how he feels. (No, I don't have anything better to do these here in the USA. Congress is at work in Washington and once again the 'boys' of Queen have given me sweet relief from the stress, Just love 'em.

Freddie definitely loved music, that was his life, because in this video he looks so thin, the disease was consuming him and he still retained his good humor, his commitment to the group, he was truly a brave man, he assumed his destiny that was already written and was death, and I take advantage of every second that remained of his life to give the best of his talent, my respects my beloved Freddie, I still love you ...

it is sad that he died only several months before the medical society discovered the right cocktail combination of antiviral drugs that helped to keep the virus dormant/inactive which was not at all cheap but definetly affordable to celebrities , if FReddie at least slowed down a bit in the 80's and did not completely destroyed his health and immune system , he could have lived much longer - like Magic Johnson for example, but those are all "IFs and BUTs" and then perhaps the Show Must Go On may be wouldnt happen

Brian wrote this song for his solo album he was working on. He took it to the studio to get John, Roger and Freddie's opinion of it. When he heard Freddie sing it he knew it had to be a 'Queen song'. I've noticed any songs that Brian wrote have great guitar solos in them. Case in point, he wrote We Will Rock You. The song was foot stomps and hand claps, except for the last 40 seconds. That was Brian's guitar solo, the only music in the song.

This is one of my favorite Queen videos. We all know & they knew that Freddie was not well, but this video is so joyful. They all looked like they were having a blast making it. I believe this was the 2nd to last video they did (followed by "Slightly Mad" & "Days of our Lives". He was so energetic & playful, bordering on mischievous. God bless him.

The best of the last. I tend to be wary of videos of sick Freddie, but this is an exception. He was very ill here, but clearly had a good time shooting this video, goofing around in the studio. And that smile. He had a beautiful smile.

Dan Goodbad they had already done the dance direction they wouldn't go back as they couldn't do it right. Brian and Roger don't wanna make dance music anyway so there would be a huge problem. A funk rock fusion perhaps.

I find it very surprising how this song and whole “Innuendo” album is so underrated… It is most beautiful, sad and on the same way has so much hope in it. Also if you add the context what they were going through at that time - it’s amazing.

I completely agree with you! Innuendo is full of amazing, in my opinion, vocal skills of a man who, recording it, was dying after all. However, his voice was as wonderful as ever, and I would even say better. The entire album abounds in beautiful compositions. The album "Innuendo" is my favorite from Queen!

agree, that was about the time the powers that be were pushing grunge (that didn't catch like rock). Funny how everyone is still listening to 70's, 80's and the early 90's rock, while no one is listening to the grunge crap.
