Queen Liliʻuokalani race 2023

Blessed to have raced in the 50th year of the Queen Liliʻuokalani race. Island hopped from Oahu to Kona. A mixed crew of novice A&B men racing against some of the best crews in the world. Shoutout to coach Rob, and our club president Dave for making it happen. The longest 18miles of my life haha.

I hit a few walls 😆. First at mile 10, took my hammer gel. Then again a couple miles later. Then the last 2miles trying to push harder was hell. 😅
