It doesn’t look like a toy to me. Very nice finish. But it unfortunately sounds like a toy. She’s brilliant, but the sound on a guitar with good strings would really make the piece shine.

Hi! Before picking up the guitalele I already knew how to play the guitar. It's basically just a small guitar. The learning process is the same, only everything sounds higher. If this is your first stringed instrument I recommend learning the basic chords and making up your own fingerpicking tunes. At least this is how I started my guitar journey. I didn't have a teacher and learned everything by ear and reading music sheets. KZbin is also full of very good beginner lessons. Some easier fingerstyle songs are "Here Comes the Sun", "Dust in the Wind", "Every Breath You Take", "Blackbird" etc. My first song was Eric Clapton's "Tears in Heaven" (Masa Sumide arrangement). Happy playing!

Fingerstyle Jukebox exactly I know how to play the guitar but it's kind of difficult because I don't feel the chords as accurate as they should I don't know if you get that at least at the beginning? I don't get how to change from a guitar tab to the guitalele when i play the strings alone or play single melodies without chords. I hope I'm not too confusing haha
