Here's a new process video ! It's another big painting, and I had to paint the same thing twice, so that was a bit of a challenge !
It took approximately 7 hours to complete this painting.
This is not a tutorial, it's just the way I like to paint these days ! :)

This was so relaxing firstly 😌...a perfect start to Me Time. Secondly undoubtedly for me and even in general I consider this a masterpiece simply ❤, the shades, the light illumination, the colors, the mix, the strokes, everything is on point...just LIT🔥. And thirdly the painter is a total Pro, she gave me after so long what I was wanting to see desperately these days. So when I came across this video while browsing I was so very happy. The reason being, she draws and paints so naturally...the Art simply flows so naturally and according to me that should be how it's done. I don't like how people(other KZbinrs) draw and paint these days...always using this "tool" or that "technique". She didn't use any masking tape and still she made the finishing look absolutely perfect without any of the paint going out of the lines and she didn't use any painting techniques or so which are short cut ways which just provide you a painting and not a piece of art. She used her own natural and beautiful techniques, precision and finsihed it flawless absolutely. To achieve this kind of results she needed hardwork and she did it. ✨🤌🏼 Bravo🎉 Ma'am @SibyllineMeynet you're awesome, a big standing ovation from me to you and respect along with Love 🥰.

Thank you so much ! I love the rendering of gouache but it's too tricky for me ! So this combination of gouache and acrylic is perfect and to be honest, pretty easy to use compared to regular gouache 😊

J'avais pas pensé à faire de la gouache aussi diluée en aplat. Très interressant. On voit encore les traits. Ton acrylagouache est imperméable du coup? Elle ne réagit pas aux multiples couches? Très joli travail, bravo

Hello ! Non la gouache acryla ne se réactive pas car elle contient de l'acrylique, donc elle fonctionne comme de la peinture acrylique et je peux repasser par dessus sans problème (c'est super pour couvrir les petites erreurs !). Merci beaucoup !

I have a question. Why do you do the linework in black gouache first? Is it because the pencil sketch is missing or something else?

I outline the “important” lines with black so I can still see them underneath the first layer of acryla gouache ! This paint is opaque when used with just a little water (like I do). It’s easier for me to see the lines so I know where to put the elements (especially for the face, hands and little details) ☺️
