Inverted cups.. How the larvae holds on to cup wouldn't they fall off?

Sometimes they do but queen cells are all inverted in nature... It is what designated a queen cell. An inverted worker cell will usually be made into a queen cell. Multiple queen cells are made and only 1 goes on to be the queen. She will kill the competition.
