It makes me happy to see so many young people loving this performance to this day. I am 72 years old!! and I saw it live on my TV. It was in the afternoon where I lived. Of course I wanted to see all the usual bands. Queen came on and I thought, oh brother are they still around? having previously thought their songs were over-the-top and not the kind of rock I wanted to hear. After only about 5 minutes of their performance, I stood up, too thrilled just to sit there and watch. Felt like I was in the crowd, doing all the same things the crowd did. We all knew the lyrics already, we sang along, we had to dance and sing with Freddie. I knew it was an historical moment. It was a shock and a surprise and a gift! Queen made us feel we are all in this life together, and it's good!

Utilizan autotune, tienen gente que les escriben sus canciones y les componen su música con programas de computación. Tienen gente que les arma sus coreografías, les dicen como tienen que vestirse y que decir. En algunos casos hasta con quién tienen que formar una relación "amorosa". Читал в одной книге, биография Queen, про этот концерт было написано что благодаря всемирной телетрансляции его посмотрело 2 миллиарда человек в 170 странах мира. Наверняка девчонки с его школы где он учился, с его класса, даже те, которые не были в него влюблены в школе, думаю, видя по телевизору каким он стал красавчиком, и сколько девушек по миру в него просто влюблены, думаю, они в тайне, наверняка и с завистью в него влюблялись. Что-то пришло такое на ум. И думаю, я не сильно ошибаюсь. Чужие девушки на стадионах от него чуть не писяли кипятком, а тут свои, вчерашние девчонки, которые ещё не так давно учились с ним в одной школе, в одном классе. Молодец мужик, всегда его уважал. Он сделал себя легендой, всемирно известным ещё при жизни. Из миллионов людей на такое способны единицы. Всегда знал, что он особенный, не такой как все.

I was at Live Aid in 1985. Queen spent three days doing rehearsal at Greenford Theatre and it showed. Only U2 got near them at Live Aid. Lucky to see Queen at what turned out to be their final appearance at Wembley the following year.

Decididamente era uno de los mejores que has podido oir, la calidad y escala de voz que ha tenido Freddie han tenido solo otros dos cantantes de los siglos 20 y 21 y fueron George Michael y Luciano Pavarotti. Así que si, en música moderna jamás has podido escuchar a nadie parecido.
