I am now surprised at how much I actually am still able to discover from the 80's... for instance: "Break-thru" and "Scandal" - both of which I love.. especially the videos on both.. My Beginning as Queenie: I discovered Brian's voice in the Intro of "Who Wants To Live Forever", but first I just listened it and thought - "how different is Freddie's voice here". Sooo... after that, I watched the videoclip .... AND I ALMOST FAINTED! From this I started to search for more and I found his "To Much Love Will Kill You" version and other solo songs. ONLY NOW I'm getting in to the 70's Queen albuns AND I'M FREAKING OUT HERE WITH THIS SONG! I LOVE SO MUCH BRIAN'S VOICE AS I LOVE ROGER'S. I can't decide who is the 2nd or 3th, because they are very different IMO so, I love their voice equally.

I also enjoy Brian's voice on Queen songs, but I think Roger has more raw vocal talent than anyone in the band. Listen to his amazing background "wailing" in the song "In the Lap of the Gods". Queen was always good, in any genre they did. They had smash hits in the 70's and hidden gems like this one. Some people say Queen lost it after the 70's, that is not true. They had huge its in the 80's like Another One Bites The Dust, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Play The Game, One Vision, I Want to Break Free, Hammer to Fall, Radio Ga Ga, I Want it All and Under Pressure. Queen even kicked off the 90's with great songs like Too Much Love Will Kill You, These Are The Days of Our Lives, and the famous Show Must Go On. All these songs are second to none, Queen is definitely one of the greatest bands of all time.

The Queen members enjoyed putting on their first album that nobody played synthesizers. I myself have always enjoyed playing synthesizers in my own projects and when I play with bands, but I definitely understand that these guys were in search of a form of respect which they easily deserved. Another act which I really enjoy listening to, Boston, also had a policy of no synthesizers. As with Queen, Boston lifted that policy after a fashion. When the day is over, it is about what you decide you need or want, in order to make the best music you can.

Synthesizers are OK, in fact I Loved Them, if they're subtlety used, like The Who, McCartney and Elton did back in the 70s. But They were Overused in the 80s, Big Time.

This one has somewhat of a Beatles style sound to it!

This album was a milestone. The week it came out, I did the most acid I ever have, plus huffing nitrous oxide. To this day this entire album triggers me with flashbacks. Though I regret those days, I still cry at some of these tracks. No, actually I need to be more emphatic. Those were awful days, and the flashbacks remind me that even smart people can mess up their lives. I’d have done as well to meet Freddy Krueger as Freddy Mercury.

It is aMAYzing that Queen could have a vocal bench at all with Freddie at the helm. But they were all incredible!

I only just heard this song on the album here a couple of weeks ago but I feel like I've heard it before somewhere, maybe it's just the rhythm and the feel of the acoustic with the red special solos but I love this song. I really should have listened to all their albums and songs way back in the beginning.

i hate that brian is so underrated singer!! he is an amazing singer, guitarist, song writer and much much more. and still most of his songs doesn’t have even one million views:( there should be ten millions!!😂❤️❤️❤️
