But people ehn see how they just crowded the old road ignoring the set back how can that space they gave and almost building on the road serve for an 8 lane highway? Nigeriáns need to learn sanity, only the estates gave enough set back other houses were almost on the road, very nónsense behavior. However, I hope the government use this opportunity to make the road very wider so it could carry the number of traffic without a repetition of 3rd mainland hold up

Thank you for this observation. That's the challenge we have here in Nigeria. Lot of people believe govt won't do anything and so they do the way they like. Do you know that just few houses around here in the island have building approval? I as a realtor never believed this until Lagos State Govt brought out the statistics. It's really worrisome. And then when Demolition happens they will say they are fighting against one tribe or another.. Thanks so much for this comment. You're the best

But thank God it did not affect the hole estate o, the real estate Company can reallocate the people that were affected in the Front ,this was why allocation took them long time they knew it was going to come,thanks Peter for the Video.
