Proceeds to pull out a firearm and misuse it putting himself,the perp and anyone walking by in danger. The firearm discharged accidentally supposedly. That owner of the store needs to be held accountable for his recklessness. Technically he broke multiple laws and displayed bad gun edict. Never pull out unless you are ready to fire.

You can't even protect your own property. When you're caught stealing something (or putting it back) in someone's store, and they want you out, then the best thing to do is LEAVE, and leave as peacefully as you can. Too many of these young people today, actually think they have have every right to do and take whatever they want, and how dare anyone oppose them. Gosh, I hope this country make complete some kind of turn around, at least some time in my life, but I know that ain't happening. A change in local, state, and federal governments, has to be drastic. A huge change has got to happen.

Article 35 justification, not self defense there's no such thing in court. And store owner has a permit to carry and concel this should be a open and shut case if they plaed it right. If he didn't intentionally fire his weapon at the most they should try and pled him our no contest 3 years probation.
