My first time in NYC was just a few years ago ...I took a cab into town from JFK and this was my view on the way in. I'll never forget when mid-town unfolded in front of me for the first time. I'd been dreaming of it so long I almost wet myself. Manhattan is a truly magical place.

Yeah this is my favorite entrance into Manhattan by far, just wish the toll to use it wasn't so obscene. This would have been filmed on an early weekend morning, as is typical for just about all my urban content across the board.

He filmed it on a weekend morning. You can tell since the HOV lane is not set up. During the weekday mornings, they set up the HOV lanes and the MTA express buses use it to access the tunnel.
