I think this song is about being depressed (i mean really, as a sickness). Depression is like a vampyre that sucks away your feeling of time and memory and most of your emotions (i feel no love). I had a depression myself and recognize this all too well. For me this is a brilliant song.

I know depression all too well and this hits right home. I've fought it for over 10 years now. I'm still alive. Hooray. Incomplete... Scattered, years of time lost to nothing, I speak, I breathe, even laugh, got great friends. But there is almost no love. The only thing that gives meaning is the one thing that eludes me. I'm apparently a fucking fantastic person and got everything going for me but God knows no girl I want wants me back! ###ing sh##t /rant end (sorry)

No song has hit me so damn hard, for a very, very long time. I've heard this tune many, many times since the day I picked up the album the day it came out, June 3rd 2013. However, I never heard it the way I heard it today, and for that I'm grateful. When a piece of art can make you feel like it's okay to not feel okay, that things might get better, and they also might not, but that if they don't, then you better start changing your perception and reaction to them real fuckin' quick- is a blessing in itself. "Does anybody ever get this right?"

My favorite line is "to be vulnerable is needed most of all, if you intend to truly fall apart" thinking of getting it tattooed. It reminds me that I need to open up and tell things to people if I want to get to the root of my problems so I can then build myself up from the deconstructed pieces.

I'll just follow you for a while Does anyone ever get this right? I feel no love Ain't no confusion here, it is as I've feared The illusion that you feel is real To be vulnerable is needed most of all If you intend to truly fall apart You think the worst of all is far behind The Vampyre of time and memories has died I've survived. I speak, I breathe, I'm incomplete I'm alive, hurray! You're wrong again, 'cause I feel no love Does anyone ever get this right? Does anyone ever get this right? I feel no love I feel no love

This is such a sad song. The lyrics are like the saddest words in the world; to feel no love. And to me the video is like a testament to mankind's depravity.. ruining all in our path, animals non the least. I don't want it to be so, I want us to change, to be the change we want to see in the world. Because we only have one world...

Over the past 3 years I’ve been in an extremely low point and have repeated considered ending it all. The words “I’m alive, hooray. You’re wrong again cause I feel no love” just hits home. Just because I lived doesn’t mean I’m better. I still have the uphill road of recovery.

RAY DONOVAN. The best show on TV. The greatest finale of the year. Brought me here. Such a long time to Season 4 :-(

I must disagree with 49th's post (although some new KZbin tyranny will not allow me to directly reply to his comment) Queens of the Stone Age's videos have always remained more about the music than the visual. And the visuals have absolutely been what you call "cheesy" before! But only if you ignore that the primacy of the visual in QotSA videos is never intended to supercede that of the auditory. It's like in much of punk music, how the simplicity and brashness of the chords and overall instrumentals may be intended to direct your attention to the lyrics! And those points aside, I think this is one of the most intriguing and intricately detailed videos they've put out so far. My faith in Queens of the Stone Age remains UNSHAKEN, nay, it is STRONGER THAN EVER!

Nothing in this world is sexier than QotSA's guitar riffs. I die every time they play.

Atom, I miss you more than words could say. I wish we could have gotten it right in this lifetime. But alas, you’ve left this world so i guess we’ll have to find them follow one another in the next. Thank you for everything, now come haunt my dreams please.

All the memories are gone, spark of the youthful passion faded yet we remain alive, we speak, eat, shit and so on. It's our character that is changed, and it may be really sad to say goodbye.

Awesome video and very different. Loved it. I'm taking a wild guess that the lady in the painting and the interactive video, "Queenie" is none other than the woman from the cover of QOTSA's self-titled debut album. Looks just like her.
