The mopeds are out of control they should be licensed and forced to follow the laws of cars. A car could not drive thru a crowded area of people

Why aren’t they talking about the fact there’s atleast 4 parks in that area and the inconvenience that it causes for elderly and disabled people to be picked up or park near their homes cause transportation can’t access their homes.
