I've been to Toowoomba many years ago during the carnival of flowers and when Weis Seafood Buffet Restaurant was still operating. Yeah I felt the Melbourne vibes there. I think Geoffrey Rush grew up there. Amazing place.

I was just at Bunya with my kids for the first time 2 weeks ago. It’s an amazing place. We had lunch in Crows Nest on the way back to Brisbane. Love wider supporting local areas. We are blessed with such natural beauty .

i lived and worked in queensland(2004-2007,2011) for a few years and spent most of my time in Toowoomba and ipswich. out of all the places that i visited in qld from surfers up to townsville to mt isa and down to longreach, Toowoomba was my favorite place. love from USA

Thank you for this amazing video, and especially for adding the link to the hidden day trip from Brisbane! I think we will go there in the short period I am in Brisbane (6-9 Jan 2020, 7-8 Jan are usable). Question from me: you say that you need a car to drive there. We weren't planning to hire a car, are there organised trips you know about? Otherwise we need to take car rental in consideration 😉. This is a must-do 🥰. I’m considering doing a trip to Bunya mountains and might stay the night there. That Crow’s nest soft drink looks delicious. I think I might’ve had a few of those years ago. I’ve been to picnic point and the Japanese gardens at Toowoomba once. That Vegan burger looks delicious. It’s good that most cafes/restaurants have vegan and vegetarian options nowadays as I’m a vegetarian 🌱
