Nice one. Hike and Fly opens up a new world of adventures. Ben, my F*Race arrived and the accelerator chord felt short for my wing. I noticed an orange chord on yours. Did you enlogated it? Thkx for everything mate! 😎👍

Yes I did, but I actually regretted it, I think tight is good but have a play around with the bottom attachment where it attaches to the foot plate, you could solve it at this end would be better.

@@BenjaminKellett thanks. Nice tip. I will try to solve this way. 😉👍

Great work! Thanks for sharing! How do you manage to get the sound that clear without any of the annoying wind noise so common otherwise.. Cheers, Hagen

@@BobJones20001 just flew from Coro summit, was parked facing N at 6500. Would be hard work pushing up the Harris today, saving it for another day, looks like some good ones coming!

Well the one I am on at the moments getting close to 200 hours, the glider in this video was about 3 or 4 gliders ago though

Another climbing helmet... I'm amazed how often I see videos of well experienced pilots flying with a climbing helmet just because its lighter. Often never doing hike and fly so what's the point? They're not designed for high speed impact from front/sides/back, which is exactly what a PG crash would be. Also, for this reason it probably voids any insurance, no!?? I use a ski helmet which is light enough but most importantly I can rest assured it will protect me from any knocks! My climbing helmet protects me from rock/ice fall from above, and little else.
