I find myself coming back to this video as a place of comfort after the season four finale. Quentin Coldwater was one best characters I've ever had the complete honor of witnessing. I started watching the magicians when I was twelve years old and now I'm almost seventeen. I grew up with him, and losing him is like losing a part of my innocence. I looked up to him, and I can't begin to fathom what I'm going to do knowing that he's gone. I'm sorry that this was so tangential, but I just wanted to thank you for creating such a delicate perfect tribute to him together. This video has saved me tonight.

I re-watched this post-finale. This feels like a beautiful goodbye to Q, though I'm devastated they wrote him off. Thank you for the catharsis, even though I'm sure you had no idea this would happen. Amazing edit, song, and portrayal of Quentin and what made him so important to all of us.

I've seen this video before but after watching it again today I just wanted to tell you that this is absolutely /beautiful/-- the part where the lyrics go "I believe you'd never lie" and Quentin's watching Christopher Plover from behind the grate actually ripped my heart out of my chest because it was so fitting, and the part with Elliot telling Quentin to break things on purpose was so beautifully done, this is an amazing video and I love it with all of my heart

He deserved that crown dammit. Born to love and lead Fillory yet he barely got to do it. Maybe there was a better Fillory waiting for him through that archway. I choose to believe that. When Margo threw his crown into the fire, I was like "Yes! Fu** it! If Quentin doesn't get to wear that crown then nobody does!" And then, of course, I cried a bit.
