@jreel4 жыл бұрын
How is what Quentin Miller saying "impossible" to believe? Do you know how easy it is for someone in Drake's position to blackball someone? He is a ghost writer, not a star rapper (although he raps). So many producers were blackballed due to issues with mainstream artists, so it's not farfetched to believe that is the case for him. However, he isn't marketable as a rapper himself. So unless he plans on ghostwriting for someone else, then he never had a chance to blow up as a rapper and therefore labels aren't touching because of that. He doesn't have the likeness nor personality to be a household name. He can rap but that only gets you so far.

When people try to dismiss Quentin's artistry by comparing his reference tracks to Drake's final product, they're only demonstrating ignorance to the value of the mixing and mastering process. Drake's flow is pretty sick in its own right, but you can't deny that Quentin Miller has such a sick pocket with the rhythm of his flow. QM is like listening to Thelonious Monk or Charles Mingus and Drake is like listening to some really good pop. If you love music, there should be room in your heart for both. Both artists are sick. Don't ever downplay the artistic value of Quentin Miller. As you can tell from the comments, it makes you look inauthentic and a suspected Drake jockey. ps. It might be possible to be a Drake jockey AND a fan of all good music too. Give it a try! ;)

@Beamken4 жыл бұрын
Damn that’s fucked up just like how they laugh and brush him off saying “he’ll be alright” is probably how everybody in the industry treat him... he’s telling y’all his struggles and get instant disbelief and he’s not working hard enough
@nadircozy4 жыл бұрын
He doesn’t wanna write for anybody, he wants to be his own artist. Watch the WHOLE video
@taye_RA4 жыл бұрын
I like QM music... I fuck with WDNG CRSHS. He don’t wanna just be a ghost writer his whole life. He puts out music and his music is dope. He just need to keep fuckin with Nick Miles and keep creating that sound.
@EliteBlackSash4 жыл бұрын
Parks completely missing the point. HE wants to be an artist, not write for someone else anymore. And NOBODY was gonna risk their relationship with Drake, for Q Miller... Unless they already had beef w Drake.

Bullshitting aside it's refreshing to see Budden shoot some solid advice at Quentin... Nigga need to get TF on, it's like 5 years... Dudes do worse and can't wait for a chance to stage a comeback... Take your L and keep hustling!

Cut the bull. We all know what’s up. Quentin been beat up, lost a leg, and on top of that Drake still to the day mocks him and his career. I guarantee people ain’t fucking with Quentin to stay on Drakes good side

He’s not blackballed. He’s actually doing what they’re saying he should do.... Taking advantage of the spotlight on the album anniversary, and using it to promote him self to the world and labels..my works the same.. union construction, sometimes having a job can come down to which person they like more. Talent or not

Drake don't got to look out for a Grown man 😂. Him and QM already did business with each other and that's done. Anything after that is all on QM
