Mam I have a question, earlier 7 to 8 months back when I started doing meditation I was able to imagine the light in my heart but from last i am not able to imagine light in my heart. Now when I close my eyes my whole focus gets in between my eyes in my forehead. And sometimes I can imagine light and sometimes not. So I want to know what is this thing that i m only able to focus in between my eyes. ?

Wherever you experience the light let it encompass every part of your being. The location of the light is not much a concern if it illuminates your whole being.

This lady seems promoting Vedas which follow Karmkand. However philosophy which she followed is of Buddhism as Shankaracharya was called Prakchhan Baudh by his guru. Hence karmkand of Veda can't be philosophy of Shakyamuni. Philosophy of Shakyamuni is being propagated as philosophy of Vedas.
