I am curious and I am sure many others are too. The core philosophy of Advaita Vedanta is experiencing Brahman. Most likely through self-enquiry by direct method. Not sure how long the other method "devotion" works or not. The late Ramana Maharishi was a big proponent of self-enquiry and so is the Ramakrishna Order, the four Adi Shankaracharya maths etc. How many people have experienced Brahman via direct method? How long is the average training of self-enquiry to experience Brahman take? These are fundamental questions. I hope the experts here answer it. Perhaps Pravrajika ji can find out and reply here? I posed the same question to the Ramana Maharishi ashram folks but did not hear back.

You always tell about Ramkrashna puramhans and Vivekananda 's experience why not your own experience? If you not experienced samadhi than how could listener go to samadhi. If you experienced truth you must tell your experience. I am not against your teaching . Excellent point Virendra!!! One possible explanation i wish to express is, Not all fully learned, equipped and strong too reach the pinnacles of Everest. I believe the Nepali helpers who accompany hikers would have touched Everest a number of times. They are never known to us.
