I believe we should up front let our workplaces know that we will not be SCHEDULED to work on sabbaths but are available for medical emergencies. Most persons get at least one day off weekly, We should strive to make it known that ours is automatically the sabbath. Have God choose HIs day and man gets what is left instead of how it is usually done vice verse

Wendy love she was one of the pioneers of our faith and don't worry her writings are inspired she was not intelligent enough to write anything of use because she was illiterate but God chose her for a specific purpose and she fulfilled it glory be to God

Summer Gentle Please, understand that I feel that I must correct what you have told Wendy about Ellen White. Ellen White was injured as a 3rd grader. She was hit in the nose/face area with a rock that another student threw. This affected her, along with TB a few years later so badly that she was unable to attend school. However, she was not illiterate. She was an avid reader of the Bible and history. At the age of 17, God gave Ellen her first vision. He called her to be his prophet to help the people from various denominations that had become part of the Millerite Advent Movement deal with their disappointment on 10/22/1844. way i understand what you are saying and i know the entire story trust me, but i used the term illiterate for a specific reason, i used it to show people that the stuff that she spoke of, discovers she spoke of before scientist themselves were able to discover until years after she spoke of without having to go to a school to learn it, she didn't have such knowledge God gave it to her i did not mean it as an insult never would i do such a thing, but i stand by what i said because i wanted to portray a point but thank you for your opinion and the way in which you did it. blessings bro
